Our Story
Forward City Church was planted in 2014 by Emmanuel Baptist Church in Chatham.
Back then, the church was a team of around 30 individuals (singles and families), brought together by God with a desire to bring the gospel and Christ-centred community to people in Chatham, Ontario.
Many things have happened since then, but our mission and vision remain the same.
Our Mission
To help people move forward towards a full life in Christ.
Our Vision
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we trust that God will make us into a gospel-planting church that will transform the lives of thousands of people in Chatham who are far from God
